I first used the quick selection tool to mark out the faceI then used the fill option to turn the inside of what I marked completely whiteIt turned out like this but stuff like the hair needed fixingI then used to brush tool to draw back the features such as the hair and part of the neckI then went selected the face and went on selection settings where i wanted to give it an outline

Small Evaluation
For this I was inspired by Amir Ali Ghassemi work where in most of his work he would remove the face and make it completely white.
I think that I did good at making the work look similar to the artist, however it wasn’t best done as the hair looks messed up
